Steve was prompt, helpful, and when he discovered he hadn't got the right part he kept me informed regularly on when he expected to be able to return. He also made sure that the house was secure when he came the first time. Would recommend him. First class service at a reasonable price

UPVC garage door was very difficult to lock and was worried about causing damage. Messaged Steve on a Sunday evening, he replied within an hour or so. He fixed the door the next day, came back with an ordered part (charged cost price and was upfront about other costs before he did any work) and issue solved completely. Clean and tidy work, came exactly when he said he would and cracked on with the job. Would use again without hesitation and highly recommend for locksmith work.
