What a chap. A pleasure to meet a guy passionate about his work and so flippin knowledgeable about his profession. Sorted the lock problem, which is never as simple as it seems. Adjusted the door as well to get a snug fit and even checked the back door. Craig was very knowledgeable and identified that the door was made of metal and wood so needed a special tool. He's done a great job and I feel much more secure in the house now!
